Today's pictures reflect my desire to learn more about photography and experiment with different things. For Christmas I was given a tripod as a gift from my dad and step-mom so I played with that today. I also had a chance to visit with my grandfather and he gave me his collection of Nikon manual focus lenses and his old Nikon film camera. So I played with a couple of the lenses this morning, too. The first picture is just Camryn sitting with her friends (actually sitting on her friends) and I just used the tripod and my 50mm lens for this one. The next one is one of Camryn's friends, Barney, and that one is taken using the tripod and Grandpa's 28mm lens and my attempt at manual focus.
